Experimental grade sonochemical equipment
Beginner's Guide to Quick Use
Product Introduction:
Typical applications include homogenization, emulsification, dispersion, depolymerization, and wet grinding (particle size reduction), cell lysis and disintegration, extraction, degassing, and sonochemical processes;
The newly designed display screen allows for easy observation of the actual operating frequency and power/amplitude adjustment;
Automatic frequency tracking ensures that it is always in good working condition.
Ultrasonic dispersion does not require the use of emulsifiers, and in many cases, the dispersed particles can have a diameter of less than 1 μ m. It can be carried out in multiple phases of the same substance, including solid, liquid, and gas phases, or between different solids, liquids, and gases. It has been widely used in food sample detection and analysis, as well as the preparation of nanomaterials.
Ultrasonic emulsification refers to the process of uniformly mixing two (or more) immiscible liquids under the action of ultrasonic energy to form a dispersed system, in which one liquid is evenly distributed in another liquid to form an emulsion. It is also possible to prepare emulsions that cannot be obtained by general methods, such as a 5% paraffin emulsion in water obtained by ordinary stirring, while a 20% paraffin emulsion can be obtained in an acoustic field. Ultrasonic emulsification and combustion of fuel mixed with water.
